President Trump welcomed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to the White House Wednesday as round four of NAFTA negotiations are underway on the other side of town.

Meeting with the president, Trudeau was on Capitol Hill speaking with House lawmakers responsible for trade decisions.

Trudeau is presenting several proposals to modernize NAFTA as he tries to preserve the trade agreement.

However, President Trump has long called for the U.S. to pull out of NAFTA, because it is unfair to the U.S.

This comes as trade officials announce NAFTA talks in Washington will be extended for two more days.
