H.R. McMaster reiterates the danger of North Korea’s nuclear weapons programs.

The national security adviser spoke out at the Reagan National Defense Forum on Saturday, saying the potential of war with North Korea is increasing every day.

McMaster’s statement comes less than a week after North Korea’s latest ballistic missile launch, which reached heights of nearly 3,000 miles into space.

“The greatest immediate threat to the United States and to the world is the threat posed by the rogue regime in North Korea and his continued efforts to develop a long-range nuclear capability,” said McMaster.

The national security adviser went on to say the U.S. military is growing and expanding thanks to President Trump’s defense efforts.
