Award-winning chef and travel host Anthony Bourdain has died in France.
Bourdain was found dead Friday in a hotel room in an apparent suicide.
The CNN host was well-known for taking viewers on culinary experiences around the world in his hit show Parts Unknown.
Before his death, he was reportedly working on an upcoming episode for the series.
CNN released a statement saying, “his love of great adventure, new friends, fine food and drink, and the remarkable stories of the world made him a unique storyteller.”
He leaves behind an 11-year-daughter. Bourdain was 61-years-old.
