Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently addressed groping allegations from 18-years ago.
On Monday, Trudeau said he “did not remember any negative interactions” with a reporter, who accused him of groping her back in 2000 during a music festival.
Trudeau has denied the allegations, but has never directly commented on the claims of sexual misconduct.
“I remember that day in Creston well, it was an Avalanche Foundation event to support avalanche safety,” stated the Canadian prime minister. “I had a good day that day — I don’t remember any negative interactions that day at all.”
The allegations resurfaced last month after a photo of an article detailing the incident surfaced on social media.
