Republican lawmakers say former FBI layer Lisa Page provided new information and was cooperative during closed-door testimony.
Page appeared before the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees Friday, just one day after her former lover Peter Strzok testified before the same committees publicly.
The hearing lasted five hours and may resume on Monday.
Several GOP congressmen described Page as transparent and more forthcoming than Strzok.
An attorney for Page said she skipped out on her initial interview on Wednesday, because she did not have enough time to review documents ahead of her testimony.
