President Trump derides his former attorney Michael Cohen, after reports say he taped conversations between himself and then-candidate Donald Trump.
Today, the president tweeted, “inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer’s office… almost unheard of.”
Inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer’s office (early in the morning) – almost unheard of. Even more inconceivable that a lawyer would tape a client – totally unheard of & perhaps illegal. The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!

He then said “even more inconceivable… that a lawyer would tape a client… totally unheard of and perhaps illegal.”
He added, “the good news is that your favorite president did nothing wrong.”
This comes as The New York Times reported Cohen secretly recorded the president in 2016 when he was still the GOP nominee.
The Washington Post later confirmed the FBI had obtained the conversations from the raids of Cohen’s offices.
