A suicide bombing has killed 10 people in Afghanistan, and has left four others injured.
Two security personnel and eight civilians were killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up inside a vehicle parked near a car wash site in the city of Jalalabad early Tuesday.
Police say most of the civilians killed in the car bombing were children.
According to reports, the city has recently been the backdrop of numerous attacks as armed rebels have increased activity in the region.
No terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
This comes after another bombing killed 19 people in the city earlier this month.
