A date has been decided for the sentencing of political operative Paul Manafort.
In court Friday a judge set a sentencing date of February 8.
Manafort appeared before the judge in a wheelchair and his legal team had asked for an expedited sentencing, due to his health.
The judge also dismissed the outstanding 10 charges against Manafort without prejudice, meaning they could be filed again.
This comes after Manafort was convicted on eight counts of bank and tax fraud and after he agreed to cooperate with the special counsel’s investigation.
