The president has hinted that he may be considering Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell to fill the position of outgoing UN Ambassador Nikki Haley.
Several senior White House staffers have recommended Grenell, who reportedly met with administrative officials to discuss the position last week.
President Trump initially seemed to dismiss the ambassador for the position, saying he was doing a good job in Germany and preferred to keep him there. However, officials are now suggesting he may be at the top of the list.
Grenell was also the longest serving U.S. spokesman to the UN prior to his role as the Germany ambassador.
One America’s Jack Posobiec sat down with the president of the Security Strategies Group (SSG) to discuss Haley and Grenell.
